W. Bryan Brooks
In the course of a practice which has spanned over forty years, Bryan has successfully tried many cases in state and federal court, both with and without juries, all over Tennessee. Bryan represents clients in such cases as personal injury, contracts, construction defects, products liability, libel and slander, boundary disputes, error and omissions, professional liability and environmental claims. He has extensive knowledge of the law related to uninsured and underinsured motorist claims.
Bryan has been rated AV by Martindale Hubbell’s Peer Review Rating system. This rating is the highest which can be achieved for both professional ethics and legal ability.
Bryan graduated magna cum laude with a BA in 1977 from Western Kentucky University and received his JD from Washington University School of Law, where he was Moot Court Champion and elected a member of the Order of the Coif by the faculty, in 1980. Upon graduation he moved to Nashville and has practiced civil litigation ever since. He is a founding member of the firm.
Bryan belongs to all state trial and appellant courts as well as the Middle, Eastern and Western United States District Courts and the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals.
Bryan resides in Brentwood Tennessee with his wife of over 40 years. They have one daughter.
