Jordan Tidwell

Mr. Tidwell is a litigation associate with the firm focusing his practice on defending businesses and insureds in complex civil litigation. He also investigates first party claims and litigation arising from first party and third party coverage disputes. He earned his B.A. in Sociology from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville in 2019. He was a member of the Delta Tau Delta fraternity, the National Society and Leadership and Success, Sigma Theta National Honor Society, and Sigma Alpha Lambda National Leadership and Honors Organization.

Mr. Tidwell then graduated from Loyola University College of Law in 2023. During law school, he was a member of the International Law Society, the Maritime Law Society, and the Sports and Entertainment Law Society. During law school he served as an intern at Griffin Law Group in Sparta Tennessee, where he assisted in drafting motions and conducting research. He also served as an intern for the Jefferson Parish District Attorney’s Office in Gretna, Louisiana, where he assisted a former First Assistant District Attorney in the Appeals Unit by retroactively examining prison sentences. He also served as a Research Assistant for Dane Ciolino for one summer.

Mr. Tidwell was born in Decatur, Illinois and was raised in McMinnville, Tennessee. In his free time, Mr. Tidwell enjoys weightlifting, cooking, running, and golfing.
